Our family was in desperate need of a home as our previous landlord was attempting to kick us out due to a sudden rent increase - I called the property manager named Denny for a house in Palmdale and she was very accommodating to our needs and made it work. She made the whole process very clear, simple, and fast - she even took our dogs into consideration! Utopia is a trusted company by us and I just really liked how their system is set up - when our first rent didn’t go through properly, Denny made sure to take care of it. When the fence in the backyard fell due to heavy winds, Denny made sure to take care it - twice!! When we had to return the keys and do the walk out process, Denny was outstanding and again, was very accommodating and helpful in our time of stress.
